This is the perfect app to build recognition around your brand. I love that the software integrates into your shopify settings, rather than taking you to a different site to create and modify the widget. Their support team is also A+ in my book. In the beginning, I had all these questions. There is a live chat function that they have, where you can chat with their SEO and Support teams. I spoke to Julia and Alexander, both very knowledgeable and able to assist me in less than 10 minutes! Get this app.
