this plug in ruined my store. started a big bug which made going to the checkout impossible.........

Thank you for the review.
We've never had reports of this before and it has been used by 100s of merchants.
Our app does not interact with the checkout process at all, you can test the app on our demo store.
We have however reached out to the merchant to try and resolve and no response from them yet.
