This is the best form builder app I've used. The ability to apply custom CSS makes it incredibly flexible, which is a huge benefit for us. Additionally, the inclusion of 'image' fields is impressive. Thank you!

The app is free and significantly better than a similar app I used before. It has a smoother workflow, and features like the ability to reply directly to an email when it comes through are really convenient. I previously used other Form Builder, but I find this one much better, and it has remained free so far.

I loveeee how easy it is to edit/customize forms for my brand.
SK's Forms is simple and easy to use and perfectly meets my requirements. I have used other form apps before, but the experience is very poor, such as not being able to receive email notifications, not being able to open the app, etc. But SK's form avoids these problems perfectly. Highly recommended!
