We've been using StayAI for 3 years and it's been a seamless experience. The platform just works, which is all you want from something you rely on daily. What really sets them apart is the support. Our customer success manager Morgan is exceptional. She's responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success. Highly recommend.

Product is great, where Stay really shines is in their customer support. Whether it was learning the platform (super easy anyway), making changes, or working through technical issues - the team is extremely responsive and beyond helpful.

The team from Stay has been amazing so far in helping with our setup and subscription program! We migrated from BOLD to Stay.ai and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Their team made the transition incredibly smooth with no problems or downtime.

Since switching, we’ve had access to a much better analytics dashboard that actually gives us useful insights, and features like the cancellation survey have helped us better understand and reduce churn. Also the customer portal has also been a huge hit with our subscribers! Overall we are very happy with this switch over and cant wait to continue to grow using Stay!

The Stay.AI team is phenomenal. They seamlessly onboarded us in early 2025 and it has been such a easy and delightful experience working with them since. We've worked with multiple reps, all who are so knowledgeable and proactive. They are constantly adding innovative features to their platform and actually act on feedback from their clients - it's worth every penny!

From our very first calls to get us onboarded in May 2024, through our formal onboarding in February 2025, and even today, I can confidently say that Stay.ai has been an amazing team to work with.

Gina and her incredible team have been nothing short of exceptional. The level of service, care, and ongoing support we’ve received as a client goes far beyond what you typically experience with a subscription platform. They don’t just support you when something breaks, they genuinely partner with you to help optimize every feature the platform offers so it truly fits your business model.

What really sets Stay.ai apart is how thoughtfully the platform is built for real subscription businesses:

It gives customers full flexibility to manage their subscriptions easily (skip, swap, delay, frequency changes) without creating friction or support tickets

The retention tools and workflows are intuitive, powerful, and actually drive results, from proactive churn prevention to smart winback flows

The data and insights allow us to clearly understand customer behavior and make informed decisions to improve LTV and retention

Everything feels intentional and designed to scale with a growing brand, not just “out of the box” features that don’t adapt

And last but definitely not least, our CSM, Charles, is absolutely the best to work with. Nothing gets by him. He is proactive, detail-oriented, and always thinking a step ahead to make sure we’re set up for success. Switching over from recurly, we’ve had a great experience using Stay AI so far. It’s become one of those apps we rely on daily.

The forecasting tools are incredibly helpful for planning inventory and understanding upcoming demand — it’s taken a lot of guesswork out of growth decisions. The ad-on link option and URL builder are also standout features for us. They make it easy to launch campaigns with clean, trackable links and see what’s actually driving conversions.

What really sets Stay AI apart though is the customer support. The team (shoutout Chris) is always quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we have questions or need setup help.

If you’re running a Shopify store and want better forecasting, smoother ad tracking, and great support, I’d definitely recommend giving Stay AI a try.
