Very fast service! Support staff was able to fix the problem I had at hand in a timely manner. The form is super useful for us.

Edit: It has been a year now. Somehow the app broke or someone did something in the back-end and Daniel from Storeify Support fixed it in a day. Not only did he fix it, he made the functions work better than before and made the app look great on the front-end, knowing our needs :)

Sent a help request in the backends, due to errors on email content fields. Within a few minutes i have received an automate response that my request was in line. The next hours, i have received a reply from them pointing out what can be the issues and how to resolve it. Tested their suggestion and worked perfectly. I’m currently using the paid version of your app, and while it generally works well, I’ve been experiencing a critical issue with email notifications. They are sent inconsistently or not at all when someone submits an enquiry. Unfortunately, this has resulted in me missing out on multiple potential leads over the past month, only realizing it when I manually checked the app.

This issue has not only affected my business but also forced me to apologize to clients I didn’t respond to in time.

Please can you look into this as a matter of urgency and ensure the email notification system is working reliably?

Could you please confirm whether you're using SMTP or our default email system? If you're using SMTP, kindly double-check that the configuration details are correct and up to date, as this may affect email delivery.

We've also sent a collaborator access request to your Shopify admin so we can take a closer look at the issue. Once you approve it, we’ll begin our investigation right away.
