Very good and easy to use. We use it to allow customers to do special orders with the system and it has adapted very well.

We tested several Request a Quote apps and Storeify was the clear winner - easy to set up, clean PDF output, and very customizable.

I’m currently using the paid version of your app, and while it generally works well, I’ve been experiencing a critical issue with email notifications. They are sent inconsistently or not at all when someone submits an enquiry. Unfortunately, this has resulted in me missing out on multiple potential leads over the past month, only realizing it when I manually checked the app.

This issue has not only affected my business but also forced me to apologize to clients I didn’t respond to in time.

Please can you look into this as a matter of urgency and ensure the email notification system is working reliably?

Sent a help request in the backends, due to errors on email content fields. Within a few minutes i have received an automate response that my request was in line. The next hours, i have received a reply from them pointing out what can be the issues and how to resolve it. Tested their suggestion and worked perfectly. Have used this app on three stores now, support from the team on install is prompt and informative. Once up and running, the quotes are easy to use and setup, allowing you and your customers quick and simple ways to gain more business. The upgraded plans offer more functionality if you need it, but are priced for that functionality rather than by usage like so many other apps.

Great app to generate leads and not show the pricing. Our pricing changes daily and this app solves a lot of problems for us. The prices are also hidden on search and collections which is very nice.
