Customer service agents have ignored my requests for support for months now. The app has stopped taking monthly payments from some of our customers, with no clear way to fix this. There's also no clear way to export the data to migrate over to another subscription provider! Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app.
They helped me migrate my contracts from another service, they were fast and responsive. The app looks great and works great. Can recommend!
It’s terrible- you have to wait days for a reply. Issues aren’t sorted still 2 weeks later. It’s ’I’ll get back to you shortly’ but they don’t actually fix the problem there and then. So now my subscriptions renew on the 1st only half are transfered over and I’m going to loose thousands. AVOID
Support is top notch, very helpful in transferring over our orders from an existing service.
Easy and amazing customer service. I had a hard time figuring out where to start (user fault) and there was an issue with the widget. I contacted them and within 3 minutes, they were online and solving the issue.
They even set up the subscriptions policy and altered some code to address my specific needs.
