Appfox Subscriptions ‑ Old

Customer service agents have ignored my requests for support for months now. The app has stopped taking monthly payments from some of our customers, with no clear way to fix this. There's also no clear way to export the data to migrate over to another subscription provider! Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app.

It’s terrible- you have to wait days for a reply. Issues aren’t sorted still 2 weeks later. It’s ’I’ll get back to you shortly’ but they don’t actually fix the problem there and then. So now my subscriptions renew on the 1st only half are transfered over and I’m going to loose thousands. AVOID

Very poor service. The subscription messed up the Shop page and when assistance was requested we were given false dates and waited more than a week.
