I did have some trouble setting up this subscription service, but the customer support person was more than able to help and resolve my issues. I love the fact that I can set this subscription service up as a one-time purchase as well - this allows customers to try one of my subscription kits without having to commit to a monthly subscription. I highly recommend this app!
Great support team available at any time. Quick responses/actions within a day for every issue raised for resolution. We even got a special widget layout! There are still some wierd translation issues mainly on the app pages, which required a lot of translation work on my own, but c'est la vie. It's a free app. All in all, very happy for all the work they've done for us.
After doing lots of research into subscription apps, I decided to install Subscription Plus for my store. So far, I am super impressed! The service from Shruti and Kunal has been outstanding – they have worked with me on calls and via email to fully customise the subscription widget to reflect my detailed requirements – fitting in with my brand design and Shopify theme.
