Very responsive support. Very willing to jump in and problem solve, re-configure. Great to deal with. Product is feature rich. There's some quirks when you start doing more complicated things (offering a bonus product at a purchase threshold with a seperate free shipping threshold) but great that the combination of appstle products can handle it

I came to the Shopify app store a few months ago, doing research for a subscription/membership app and i read the reviews and after going back on forth on which one to pick I decided to take a chance with this app. I am so glad that I did, since having the app it has worked amazing, it does exactly what i needed it to do and more plus the price is what i needed as a new membership site that has no traction. Today I was upgrading my site with a second membership page, i decided to ask the customer assist, to guide me on where to find my variant and selling numbers.(the last time i built my other page i didn't ask for help and it took me about 3 hours to find the numbers) First of all the response time was amazingly fast and not an AI bot... and secondly... i thought they were gonna give me a link to a page on how to find the numbers, but instead he went and got it for me and provided it to me... wow! what a game changer... that saved me so much time... thank you so much guys... so in a nutshell... the app is great and the customer assist is amazing!!

I highly recommend this app/company

We had to migrate all of our Shopify subscriptions from Shopify Subscriptions to Appstle, and the entire experience was outstanding.

The migration itself was smooth, but what impressed us even more was the support team. They didn't just answer questions—they actively helped us customize the subscription widget, customer portal, and email notifications to match our store perfectly.

They translated all customer emails into German, customized the subscription management experience, integrated the "Manage Subscription" button into our customer account, adjusted the widget design, and responded incredibly fast to every request we had.

Throughout the process, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything worked exactly as we wanted.
