Dan went above and beyond. Not only did he solve my implementation issue, which was my fault. He also found and fixed a data definition issue in my cart unrelated to the app. That is integrity.

I'm also pleased with how easy it was to customize the design myself. I have very rudimentary knowledge when it comes to programming and coding so anything that allows me to avoid paying exorbitant fees for what should not be terribly difficult is awesome.

The conversion rate for the add-ons is phenomenal. I'm using Rush Processing and Order Insurance and about a third of customers are selecting one or both. Saves them emailing or calling to request rush service. Better for them and better for us :) Plus, Andrei's support is superb. Fast and friendly.
