Amazing customer service and very attentive, product works great also!
So far the communication has been really good and I'm a happy costumer!
I'm genuinely happy I discovered Supliful and get to work with a company based in the U.S.! The whole platform is super intuitive, from product selection to mockups and website integration, everything feels user-friendly and well thought out.
One small challenge I’ve experienced is the shipping process. For example, I had to send the Dead Sea Mud first to a friend in New York and then have it forwarded to me. That added quite a bit of time and effort. I really hope this part of the process gets smoother in the future, especially for faster access to products when testing or creating content.
That said, I’m excited to grow with Supliful and continue building around their platform.

Supliful has been more than a 3rd Party App, their service feels more like they are a strategic business partnership. Their software and fulfillment services work almost flawflessly, as we have been using them for 3 months now without issues.
I have used their products myself firsthand too, and I find them to be as high of a quality as the claim.
