Hoppy Appointment Booking App

We needed a clean, simple way to handle bookings directly on our store without sending customers to an external site, and Hoppy nailed it. Setup took less than 5 minutes and the widget looks great on our theme. The automated reminders have already cut down our no-shows, and having payments tie straight into Shopify checkout is a massive plus. Highly recommend if you want to swap out expensive external booking tools!

The reschedule flow is completely broken. When a customer clicks the reschedule link from their confirmation email and tries to pick a new slot, the "Reschedule" button enters a loading state and never completes. No API call is sent.
The browser console shows: Uncaught Error: Minified React error #421 (Suspense boundary received an update before it finished hydrating) on your domain supr-appointment-bookings.futureblink.com/reschedule.
This is reproducible 100% of the time, on every browser tested. It's a bug in your React app, not a theme conflict on my side.
I contacted support and got no reply. Meanwhile, my customers can't reschedule their facial appointments, so they just cancel or no-show. This is directly costing me bookings.
Please escalate to your dev team. Happy to update this review the moment it's fixed.

This app makes booking so much easier. I can see all the available time slots and book my appointment in seconds. The interface is simple and clean. I also love the automatic reminders—they make sure I never miss my spot. Highly recommend it to everyone!

I am building a developer and building a site for my client. I installed this app for managing the reservation. It works pretty well. The customer support was pretty helpful too!

This app has worked well for what we needed. There was an issue which was resolved straight away and I have given feedback about additional features which they have said they would work on. All in all this is what I need and the support has been good.

Good variety of features even in the free version. However one major drawback is that the app doesn't support different service variants.

Ma problématique était la suivante : trouvé une appli qui propose des rendez-vous récurrents avec créneaux (ex : dégustation 30 min tous les jours) et des Événements ponctuels avec capacité.
Mission accomplie. Très complet et facile à mettre en place. À voir à l'usage.

this app is super easy to set up and support was fast with responses when i needed help. i love that i can customize it to my brand with images and brand colors.
