This app works incredibly well for our store and the support team was beyond helpful!
We have our primary cosmetics retail shop, and a separate Shopify Plus store for PR / influencer gratis orders. The product syncing helps save the marketing team time by not having to make manual adjustments to product details over time. It also keep our costs of goods sold, UPC and other details synced in realtime.

We installed this app 7 days ago and opted for a paid plan. We synced 1,892 products, and while most product metafields were captured, only 50 products could be synced at a time — a significant bottleneck.
Initially, our Meta field data of some field was stored in category metafields, but the app didn’t sync them. Upon contacting support, we were informed that category metafields aren't supported — only product metafields are.
In response, we migrated over 7,000 products' data from category metafields to product metafields on our parent store and requested another sync. At this point, we were told that the app only supports product metafields with single values and doesn’t support metaobjects, which was never made clear earlier.
As a result, we wasted nearly a week trying to make this work. Extremely disappointed with the misleading information and lack of proper metafield support documentation.

Syncerize is designed exclusively for product synchronization, which is why it does not support category metafields.
Our documentation clearly outlines the supported metafield types, including single-value metafields, and it even lists down all the supported metafield types.

These guys are phenomenal, they have made best inventory syncing app around. Robust, simple to use and updates in real time. Also, requested a new feature and it was up and running by the next day!! highly recommend.

We couldn't not be more pleased with the service we've received from Syncerize Multistore Sync. I have been intending to open multiple stores for years, but due to the complex applications and high prices I have changed my mind. When searching for an app that syncs orders and stock appropriately it is very hard to find an app that does it all. Especially for a decent price. Syncerize does it all. Most importantly the support not only helpful but very quick as well. Something very much needed for such a vital process.

We use Syncerize in a complicated environment: the data from three independent stores is managed with Syncerize in one store, which in turn is connected to Otto Marcetplace. The app works perfectly. Support is always available and extremely helpful in implementing individual requirements. All necessary adjustments for the data exchange with Otto were carried out quickly and reliably.
