Initially, I was very frustrated with the app. It didn’t seem to work properly, and I couldn’t get a response from support for several days, which made it feel completely useless.
However, once I finally got in touch, Matthews and Leslie completely turned things around. Their support was incredible—patient, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping me get everything up and running. Thanks to them, I was able to resolve the issues and make the app work as expected.
Big thanks to Matthews and Leslie for their excellent customer service. I’m updating my review to reflect their great support, though the app itself still has room for improvement in terms of onboarding and response times.
