Работя с Take a NAP и съм изключително доволна. Приложението значително улеснява работата и прави управлението на онлайн магазина ми много по-организирано и приятно. Автоматично генерира XML одиторски файл, изпраща дигитални касови бележки към клиентите и поддържа различни методи на плащане — Stripe, PayPal и наложен платеж. Това спестява време, грешки и излишни усилия.
Препоръчвам Take a NAP на всеки, който има онлайн магазин, особено ако работи на българския пазар!

The support team has been great, even though there’s rarely a need to contact them. We highly recommend Taka a Nap!

Не описахте какво според вас не е работило, нито отговорихте на нашите съобщения. Единственото, което получихме от вас, беше кратък коментар на български, че трябва „да се постараем повече“, без никакво обяснение, аргумент или конкретна обратна връзка.
Ние приемаме всяко мнение сериозно, но е невъзможно да адресираме или поправим проблем, който не е описан. Оставянето на негативен отзив след толкова кратко използване и без никакви детайли не помага на търговците, които разчитат на честни и конструктивни оценки.
