TaxCloud is far easier to use than other apps we have used to do our sales tax filing. They are very quick to respond to emails which is key for us and their pricing is great. Highly recommend.

TaxCloud has been much better to work with than everything else we've tried. We've been able to have our filings done for us at a good price (some states are even free) and when something does come up, their customer service is real people who actually respond to us and are helpful.

I initially found the onboarding process a bit confusing regarding the need to upload a CSV file to the platform. However, thanks to the incredible care and attention of Rianna, I decided to stay with TaxCloud to support my business with sales tax compliance. First this app is very expensive. My main issue is the support and overall quality of the product. Since the new app was launched (they redo the app often) I have not been able to get the app to link to my store and support keeps saying to uninstall and reinstall....

We recently moved over to TaxCloud's new app for Shopify, we'd been using the previous one for about a year, and have always had a good experience. When we have questions we can email the support team and hear back the same day, or the one time we needed an urgent answer we were able to call and talk to their support team, which is so rare to find these days. Great service and value, thank you TaxCloud!
