This app is excellent for building complicated, multi-layer personalized products. It's a lot to unpack, but their video tutorials are very helpful and their customer service is excellent. I wanted a little extra customization for my shop and they had it done within the hour and it works flawlessly. I also love that they don't charge you until you've had 20 orders, so you can set up as many products as you like when you're just getting started and you don't have to pay them until the orders start rolling in. It's a wonderful app, I highly recommend it! Their Facebook page is very helpful, as well.

They will ask you to figure out on your own and that they won't provide more information on how to recreate personalisation products shown on their demo website.

this app is a powerhouse of potential. its very versatile and the customer support is great. they continually improve functionality and in the last year that ive used it, this app has gotten so much more user friendly! theres a of new functions, they even ask customers to list out what we want and they send an email when that project is being worked on. really great company.
the app itself is a little hard to learn if youre not already very savvy with photoshop style design. but once you understand how to use it the possibilities are really endless. highly recommend.

Teeinblue is truly one of the best apps for stores selling personalized products. It’s incredibly easy to use, making it a great choice for most merchants. The support and technical team deserve a big thanks for their outstanding service – they reply and solve issues very quickly, which makes a huge difference. While the app is fantastic, it does miss a few features that might be necessary for specialty stores. I hope the team continues to develop and expand its functionality to cater to all Shopify merchants. Highly recommended!

I have tried the others and this is the most flexible app I have used.
It offers a wide range or options for setting up personalization for your POD products and it's very easy to learn.

It is updated frequently and the team is super responsive and helpful.

Andy is an excellent support staff. He took time to understand my issue which was a major concern for my store's art work and he went way beyond to help me out through screenshots and personalized guidance. I am extremely satisfied with the support I have received from amazing team.

I am 62 years old and have tried about 6 other personalizer apps for my store. After deleting them all out of frustration of lack of support, cost too high, or just not the right fit for my products, I installed Teeinblue.

To my suprise and delight this app is just what I was looking for. It's very user friendly and the support has been great. There is a time zone difference (opposite from mine) but Kate has been very fast, friendly and helpful to me so far. I'm happy to have found Teeinblue as a way to provide my customers a personalized shopping experience that's easy to use.

The team at Teeinblue not only have a masterfully crafted product but also a GREAT TEAM behind it. We want to thank Andy, Heni, Jason, and Tiffany for their help! And thank you to the developers for making something so useful and cool. When we set it up and test out being able to customize our products using various methods like text, paragraphs, image upload, image selection, etc. it feels like magic! We thought that only big name companies can afford to implement such a personalization solution for their products. But with Teeinblue, especially when combined with Tepo Product Options, you can do it too. And it’s not that difficult. Granted, we had a gazillion questions to bug the team but they were a sport and answered all of them to our utmost satisfaction! Andy, I would bombard him with a huge chunk of questions, a big paragraph, and he would soldier on answering the gauntlet of questions one by one in an understandable way. Andy provides a lot of useful links, screenshots, and short video demos that he creates to illustrate his advice better. We’re really appreciative of this. They help a lot! Of the entire team he answered the most questions of ours! Heni, on the other hand, comes in like a juggernaut and squashes the technical issues! We appreciate his great help a lot! He fixes very difficult problems. We asked for help integrating GemPages and he did it just like that! He fixed our product page so that the layout is horizontal when it became vertical even on desktop. He is very technical. Both Andy and Heni are great assets to the Teeinblue team. But then again so is Jason and Tiffany. Jason helped us fix it so that the cart drawer appears after the user clicks the “Add To Cart” button from the preview popup (Teeinblue lets your customers preview their customization work in a dialog). All of them deserve a huge raise, if you ask me!!! Double the pay! We’ve researched some other product customization options but prefer Teeinblue due to their awesome support, first and foremost, and then their polished, easy to understand video documentation as well as, quite obviously, their AMAZING PRODUCT! You set up the various elements of a mockup and upload the mockup itself and then position the elements within the mockup. It’s POWERFUL and they have great developers working on this. This is us saying this without even exploring ALL of their feature set. They even allow you to upload Photoshop PSD files that may help save time. We’re going to look into this feature on a later date. Tip: You can connect a bevy of POD (print on demand) services such as Printify, etc. if you want a deluge of products to customize. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT TEAM! Highly recommended, 100 stars out of 5!

Exellent Team Support! They are very patient in helping me solve my problem. It is not a problem with their system, but a problem with the third-party integration platform, but they have the patience to help me solve it in a shorter time.

TeeinBlue is great! I tried a competitor for a while and went back and forth w customer service and couldn't get it work work on my store. I then tried Teeinblue while waiting for a response and figured it out in half the time. Their customer service is also impressively prompt and diligent, and way more hands on and worth the money imo. Definitely will be sticking with TeeinBlue for personalization on my shopify page.

I would say Teeinblue product personalizer is the best personalizer app available! Its got a little leaning curve but if you stick with it, watch the videos, and rely on the excellent cusomer service you will get it! my specialist was Kate! She is so fantastic and really thorough in helping you out. She sends you screenshots and highlights of what needs to be done. Which makes it so much easier to learn. ThankYou!

Usually they respond on the same day. They are assisting with product-specific or technical queries. I am happy to work with that tool, its a great option to offer personalized products.
