We’ve been using Teeinblue for about a year now, and honestly, it’s been a game changer for our store. It makes creating personalized products so much easier, and the live preview feature is a big hit with our customers.
We run a lot of different campaigns from just one product base, and Teeinblue handles it smoothly. The app is stable and does exactly what we need it to do. Also, shoutout to the support team — they’re always quick to help when something comes up.
If you’re doing print-on-demand and need a solid personalization tool, this app is 100% worth trying.

This is the best personalization app ever! I know, because throughout the years, I've tried almost all of them. It might take a little bit to get the hang of it, but once you do, it's so easy! Don't give up. Once you set up a product or two, you'll be on your way to creating many. It's so worth it to play around with it. It has the absolute best functionality (and they're always updating and adding in new features). Amazing, helpful and kind customer service is just a click away at the bottom of your screen. If they're not available when you're working, they get back to you through email. The way they've set this app up compared to others out there is a huge timesaver in the end. I 100% recommend!
The personalization options are endless, catering to every use case. You can even use your own fulfillment service. While the application logic concepts might not be easy to understand at first, practice makes perfect. If you're totally lost on what to do, just ask for our lovely support specialist, Lana; she'll guide you step-by-step through the process in the friendliest way ever. ALL GOOD
While I really want to love this app for it's many features, especially since customer service reps have been very responsive and very helpful, I simply can't get past a couple of problems. One of these problems is a HUGE deal breaker for me.
The first problem is that you can't add another design to the listing for different variants like you can on other apps. So if I have a black design on a journal, but one of the journal variants is black, I should be able to replace the design just for the black variant and add a white design instead, all in the same listing. But that's not a deal breaker, I know.
However, the fact that you can't see your design as it will look in real-time on the product, is a deal breaker. Many print on demand sites and personalizer apps allow you to see your artwork on the product as you work on it. This way, you know exactly where your design will land on the product. You can then decide if the artwork needs to shrink down or be enlarged, move up or down slightly, or move left or right.
Unfortunately, at this point, you can only guestimate how your design actually looks. After days of not getting responses about print area differences, which is not what I'm asking here at all, one of the reps finally told me to just order samples.
That is not cost-effective to be ordering a sample for every design, just to see how the design looks on the item. I would like to be able to see my design on the product, not a mockup, which is NOT ACCURATE as it is a depiction for the customer. I need to make sure that what the customer sees on the mockup is the same as what I created on the product. Otherwise, it could lead to very dissatisfied customers and returned purchases because the design on the item may not match the mockup.
Finally, one of them admitted that this feature is not available in Teeinblue. That's a very standard feature that you can find in almost every other personalizer app. Unfortunately, for all it's bells and whistles. They forgot to include the most basic feature to let you see your own design on your product.
I am very frustrated and disappointed at this point. And hope that they will fix this problem.
This app is excellent! The product personalizer makes it so easy to get a visual of what you're buying before checking out. Plus it just elevates your shopping experience by providing a fun and interactive tool that's very easy to use! Top notch customer service as well! Would definitely recommend!
first of all the support team are amazing, responsive, fast and smart, the app is really good for basic beginners or mid designs, but new features are coming soon for advanced print areas. i trieds many other apps, this one is the best, cheapest, fastest, more features

They will repeatedly bill your credit card and will not refund you even after you uninstall the app or even if they can clearly see that you never used their app. They have billed me $19 per month for nearly 2 years and will not refund my money. I have never ever used their app. STAY AWAY. Use another company that is more reputable and honest.
Their reply is disingenuous. They never issued a refund as their "gesture of good will".

We would like to clarify that all charges were correctly processed through Shopify’s billing system and billed monthly as part of your Shopify invoice. According to our records, our app was reinstalled on February 20, 2023, and remained active, which is why the subscription continued.
Please note that uninstalling the app or canceling the subscription is the only way to stop billing. As stated in our refund policy, we are unable to issue refunds for subscriptions that were forgotten to cancel. This information is clearly outlined during installation and in our Refund Policy.

TeeInBlue is an insanely good app for personalized product stores. They always provide you with the newest options/features and have the best support I have ever experienced in a Shopify app! They respond in just a few minutes and are able to fix any problem you have (Especially Andy).
