So far so good.
Tanya handles my account with care. She is very respoenzive and makes sure I am updated.
The integration with the app was a bit wonky but it works, delivery has been good. I def recommend if you are looking for a steady and consistent drop shipping partner.

The shipping speed is infuriatingly slow, and if the order contains multiple items, it becomes complete chaos: delays, wrong shipments, and countless errors. It's truly frustrating and disappointing.

Additionally, during the peak season, factors such as freight forwarders’ warehouse backlogs and tight shipping route capacity have further exacerbated the logistics delays, we recognize that this entire sequence of circumstances is deeply frustrating.

Warning!!! They've ruined my business. Returns are incredibly expensive, costing me a huge amount of advertising revenue and profits, and the process is extremely cumbersome. What they advertise is completely different from what they actually send. I've received countless returns and complaints about shipping times. I strongly advise against using this app!

I used to work with Dsers and AliExpress, but since switching to TeemDrop I would never go back. The app is very easy to use, prices are more competitive than AliExpress, and above all the communication with my agent is perfect. Orders are processed quickly and tracking is clear. So far everything is going really well and I’m very satisfied with the service. Definitely recommend!
