My experience has been extremely disappointing.
I built my entire business around this app after successfully sourcing hundreds of products through it. The team could clearly see the type of products I was sourcing, and at no point did anyone warn me that they could not be sold or shipped. I spent weeks building my website and uploaded over 200 products, investing a significant amount of time and effort.
Then, just as I was ready to launch my marketing campaigns, I was suddenly told that I could no longer source these products due to "design infringement of portrait rights." I accepted that and decided to continue selling only the products that had already been sourced and approved.
Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it. After I started receiving customer orders, the app simply refused to ship them. No notification, no warning, and no communication. I only discovered the problem after contacting support because the orders were stuck in "Awaiting Collection" for weeks. One order had been sitting there for over a month.
This put my business in a terrible position because I was accepting customer orders for products that the supplier had no intention of shipping. The biggest issue here isn't just the policy change; it's the complete lack of communication. If these products couldn't be shipped, I should have been informed before investing weeks of work and before customers placed orders.

Upon receiving formal rights notifications, we are obligated to remove products and suspend shipments in line with cross-border compliance regulations. Here is our standard order fulfillment process for your reference: After payment is completed, orders will go through supplier dispatch, warehouse quality inspection, and logistics pickup arrangement. The standard processing period lasts 1 to 5 working days, during which the order status will be displayed as Waiting Collection.

Best dropshipping and ecommerce fulfilment service by far. I have tried Zendrop and Spocket but they cant do what Teemdrop can. Lovely staffs from Teemdrop like Claudia and Diana helped our stores to reach six figures and hopefully 7 figures soon.
