My first time trying out a fulfillment app and it’s been great. Teemdrop is super easy to figure out even if you're new to this. Love the customer service team too, they’re really helpful and always reply fast. Overall a really good platform.

Best dropshipping supplier I've worked with — highly recommend Rena and the team
I've been using TeemDrop for my Shopify dropshipping store and the experience has been excellent from day one. The product quality is solid, shipping times are reliable, and the platform is easy to use.

Avoid this fulfillment service at all costs they will destroy your business. They held a €258 order in a warehouse for two weeks in china without even realizing it. Their staff is totally careless; they even sent me a 'proof' video to deny a missing part claim, but the video actually showed the worker dropping the part off the table while packing! If you value your customers and your money, stay away.

The customer service great, don't get me wrong, however orders do take a bit of time to ship and arrive. I was informed the supplier shipped the wrong product twice. My rep said they will get a new supplier and have this issue addressed. I appreciate how kind the support team is!!

Fantastic experience dealing with our agent CC from TeemDrop. The ability to have a dedicated manager contactable on WhatApp is what sets this platform apart from any other fulfilment services. Quick & efficient communication, no fees, and speedy access to the best prices and suppliers on 1688 & Taobao. If you are still paying to use services like AutoDS or Zendrop, you are living under the rock. If you need trustworthy, efficient and reliable partner, then you should seriously give it a go.

TeemDrop does a wonderful job with store automation, but my overall experience became so much smoother thanks to Clover. She is the agent who handled my orders and made sure everything went perfectly. Other suppliers charge you a subscription, teemdrop does not, they also don’t charge you double shipping/product cost if you sell a bundle or 2 of the same items. Plus you guys give us an agents from day 1!

I’ve been using Teemdrop for a while now and honestly the support has been amazing. My agent Reddy has been super helpful throughout — always quick to respond and very clear when there’s any issue with orders or disputes.

Recently we had a problem with an order and she immediately reached out, explained everything, and helped me resolve it smoothly. That kind of communication makes a huge difference when you’re running a store.

Really appreciate the support and professionalism. Highly recommend
