I signed up for a 7-day trial of this app and canceled before the trial ended. Despite this, they charged my card after cancellation. I tried contacting their customer support multiple times, but I received no response.

This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute these charges. Be cautious if you're considering this app—poor customer service and shady billing practices are a huge red flag.

One of the most valuable Shopify apps we use. Tempo is really fast and effective way to create on brand assets for meta/marketing and email campaigns. We started using Tempo for emails and will expand to ads. Having an AI tool connected to our product catalog and marketing channels makes it far more efficient than using normal platforms like ChatGPT to create a marketing campaign. The team at Tempo has been great to work with from the very beginning.
