Excellent support! Needed help finding where to find where terms had been accepted by the customer on the order history itself (additional details section on the order) instead of the app analytics as well as some other issues with getting the terms to show properly on the product page and everything was quickly resolved with guidance provided. Great app and easy to use!

Does not work with Buy Buttons Cart options but very easy to set up and use on the primary Store/Cart and the support was very prompt and helpful.

The app works perfectly for the standard checkout button and does exactly what it promises on the layout side. The setup was quick and the Polish translation for terms and privacy policies fits nicely.

Installed this app so I could place a required checkbox in my cart page forcing my customers to verify that they selected the correct pick-up/delivery day since we've had several customers pick the wrong day and then when they show up we don't have their order ready which cause a lot of stress for all involved.

The customer service was great and a real person responded which was nice.

Developer is quick to respond and helpful, beware you need a shopify plus account to have a checkbox at checkout. or i would have used it.

I find this app extremely useful since it covers not only the checkout page but also the newsletter and contact forms - features that even paid apps don't offer! This app provides a much needed check box for accepting terms and conditions, which is important from a legal perspective. The customer service team is fantastic and very responsive. There was a small issue with integrating the app with the Shopify theme we are using, and their team fixed it promptly.

This app is very simple to install and build / customize for a simple authorization check box not allowing the customer to move forward without accepting/acknowledging the conditions in which they are purchasing.

in the future, if they had an audit trail, that would be wonderful but if your process delineated, this should be sufficient for the merchant account to handle consumer conditions.

The app didn't work initially, after a 1-star review, the people from GM Infotech checked & fixed the issue from their end.

The app works now as advertised.
