You guys are all great - always there when I need you and super helpful. The Tidio chat app has been really beneficial for our business as our customers always have a lot of questions or can be a little shy and like to stay anonymous. It's also perfect for capturing leads while we sleep with the auto-bot. Really love how user-friendly and intuitive it is and have thoroughly enjoyed creating automations. Highly recommend to all Shopify-based online store. It's so easy to use and have a very nice and functional dashboard.
Really nice chat format. Worked instantly, no problem. Could not figure out how to log in, but realized I just need to open the app to start the session. Just upgraded to the pro account, to have more features. I am having fun chatting with my customers and seeing who is in my cart.
Great addition to our website and it helps save sales by being able to answer questions our customers have.
