Absolutely love this app! I have a small store so for a beginner it's amazing that I can find apps like this that offer a free plan, not to mention it is extremely helpful to boost your sales! Customer support is extremely friendly and helpful as well.

Not even 5 hours with the app and I am compelled to write this review.
I wish I installed this app yesterday because I just found out by communicating with my customers that shipping wasn't showing up for them.
Long story short there was an error I was able to fix. Today this app saved me hundreds of dollars I was leaving on the table.
This app is a must! You truly don't know what you don't know unless you're communicating with your customers.
If you do not install this app I can confidently say YOU ARE LEAVING THOUSANDS ON THE TABLE!

We've only had but a month. So far set up has been simple. We like that the chat disappears when we are not available. The AI component seems like it will be extremely helpful. When we did have to troubleshoot an issue, support quickly responded and solved the issue.
So far so good. No complaints. I like the push notifications to my phone so I can answer no matter where I am to stay on top of customer service. Had the trail for a week or two. Decided to stick to the basic plan until I feel the need to upgrade to the Pro once I get more traffic.
