This is a great app, customer support is pretty awesome they respond immediately in their live chat. It has a lot of great features and friendly customization. Your customers can contact you with ease if they have any questions while shopping which can help boost sales. I highly recommend this app

We've been using Messenger chat until now but Tidio was a great find for us. Yes it's a chat tool, but the real power comes from the ability to automate chat messages based on various events and triggers. This is really powerful and of course something you can't do with Messenger. Great app and really useful!
We use this app to give our customers to get live support in case they have any questions about our products. The use case is given and the functionality Tidio offer is fantastic. Highly recommend!
