We managed a few events meanwhile. We had some special wishes, and the Tixator people listened to our explanations, thought about it, and implemented an even nicer solution than we had in mind.
They also onboarded us at the start and spent 45 minutes not only installing the app, but also giving lots of tips for shopify marketing.
We organized two book reading events with about 250 users each.
The ticket design option to freely design your ticket and then just position the dynamic elements like QR code and date/time is nice and gives good branding options.
Tickets arrived reliably within seconds or minutes, for people who lost or deleted their tickets it is easy to resend the tickets directly out of the app with the touch of a button.
Checkin at site went smoth, with 3 staff in parallel scanning with google phones by scanning the QR-code.
This app is very easy to use. The customer service is outstanding. We have more events coming up and happy to have this app to use. They are currently working on adding more features which makes me very happy.
