Together with Shopify Markets this app could be a 10/5 stars. Unfortunately, it's not possible to translate more than 2 languages automatically, which is a big bugger to us since we want to do a Europe wide rollout with our shop. We would be willing to pay for every additional language, for sure, but even this is not yet possible. Is there a date when this super important feature will be released? As soon as this is possible, we'll increase our rating for sure!

Good but only two languages, need way more than that, how to remove one and try a new language? I am confused
Very easy and intuitive to use! Automatic translation works perfectly. Highly recommended over paid apps!
Great app. Thank you. Even if Google translates no so good, but it still very usefull. If somebody wants a better translation - hire a content manager.
Updated review. We are happy so far. Service was great and comprehensive. App still a bit basic and things are not automated so you have to manually translate every change you do to the main language. Also no bulk translation for a term across all site as well as other teething UI issues but I’m sure they will sort them out with time. So we can warmly recommend especially since it is a free solution at this point. Will gladly add another star as the app evolves. Keep up the good work. This was so needed.

I think the result of auto-translation is quite acceptable. But not having the option to select multiple or all products to translate at once is painful, especially when you have 100+ products to translate into more than 1 languages..
And also not sure what happens when a product description or any content is updated?
Hi there, thanks for trying out the app. Stores can be translated entirely in one go, and unedited auto-translations will update if the default content is updated.

Funktioniert -soweit ich das erkenne- gut für alles, was direkt zum Shopify Theme gehört. ABER: Wie bekomme ich TEXTE IN APPS oder meinen FILTER auf der Shopseite übersetzt??? Erscheint bei mir (Dawn Theme) nicht in der Localization. Eigentlich wollte ich dafür zwei Sterne abziehen, aber da gratis nur -1 Stern. Für jeden Hinweis bin ich dankbar!!
Hi there, thanks for trying out the app and your feedback. Some answers to your questions: 1) Text in apps that don't save to the theme or metafields aren't visible to Translate & Adapt - as the app can only translate content saved to Shopify. To translate apps that save content externally, you will need to translate in the front end. One example is Langify, which has a feature called 'Custom content translations' - where you can add extra translations for the content that doesn't use the Translations API or is not in the theme. It will mean an additional app subscription. You can run Langify and Translate & Adapt together. Langshop also does this with its 'Dynamic text' feature, as does 'Translate My Store' by Hextom. A recommended alternative is to see if there is an app that has the functionality you need but works with the theme, or saves to metafields. 2) Filters will be visibly translated very soon - you won't need to do anything, as they make use of 'Product Option' translations. Impossible to translate policies, and no way of knowing why... Where can I get help with this?

Thank you for the feedback. Legal policies can be manually translated in Translate & Adapt. If you currently don't have any policy it will not appear in the app because there is nothing to translate. If you do have even one policy all the policies will appear in Translate & Adapt.
We do not auto translate policies because they are a legal document and auto translating it might create legal issues. This is one area where we recommend to translate with a professional who can cater the translation and policy to the market and type of products you sell.
With Unknown reason, every time we log out some translations will be lost, we have to constantly reset the translations ..
