More merchants should partner with Tree Nation! My customers love it and it's so nice to see my company's forest grow and the impact we can have as a community. Highly recommend. It's an excellent concept, platform and they have amazing service. Hats off to Pep and Team!

Nice and simple to use, keeps engaged with customers and a nice option compared to some more expensive platforms. Definitely worth it, have had great engagement so far.

Thank you Tree Nation! Really pleased with this app integration. Easy to install. Helpful customer service and amazing, transparent reforestation ethics. The Standard Plan price of 0.20€ per tree / per product sold (in Madagascar and Tanzania) works out perfect for us as a small indie business trying to be sustainable. Dashboard is easy to use, with auto payment setup. Very interactive for customers to enjoy, with auto emails for them to "plant your tree", research the locations/charities and take part in community comments. All features are great, with social media assets available to promote to customers as well as banners / icons that you can use. I lost my account when I open a new store, at the beginning it work great but suddenly I lost all my data. try to ask people to assist and no customer service

UTTERLY AWESOME. I have had this running for less than 24 hours. I have set up my website to be carbon neutral and set up the site so every guitar sold sends an invite for my customer to plant a tree in my forest. Its just wonderful - and it makes me feel worthwhile - I feel like I am actually doing something. THANK YOU.

Downloaded this with a lot of hope but can't get it to work even after following all the instructions correctly! Angelica reached out to us on 26th Aug, we replied back same day requesting help...4 days on, no response. What is the point of reaching out to us and then not responding to our help request???
great app and great idea. But how can I prevent customer data from being passed on to you. I want all of my customers to remain anonymous and not keep e-mails either
Integration into the shop is super easy. They also offer a lot of marketing assets with their emails and on their website, to put on your website. I recommend getting their CO2 neutral website banner, too

I'm super happy with Tree-Nation's app. It works perfectly with my shop, I never had any problem with the sync. Besides, every time I had any doubt, Tree-Nation's team was there to kindly help me -specially Amélie-. Worth 5 stars!
Aún no he utilizado la app porque no he abierto la tienda online pero la instalación ha sido sencilla y el soporte por parte del equipo de Tree-Nation es siempre impecable :)
App doesn't even open. Mad because I paid to preload some trees before realizing the app doesn't launch to initiate setup. I've tried multiple browsers on multiple different days.
Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We are currently working on this bug. Indeed the issue is right at the beginning in establishing the first connection. Once past this, there are no issues. So we have a work-around to avoid this bug and let you connect to our system. We are sending you an email right now with instructions. And there is no problem to reimburse you if you prefer. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Once you follow the new process we are sending you, you will see our system works well.
