Experience: I kept getting this message about my business needing to be verified and it was so frustrating because I couldn't order any samples. Within minutes of me writing in the chat bubble, someone named Mia was so nice and helped. She let me attach the documents I had to the chat and although I was upset she was nothing but kind and helpful! She was able to wait and confirmed my business based on the documents provided and I was able to order my samples. She even waited for me to confirm I was able to order the items. Mia was a rockstar. Trendsi is one of my best apps on shopify! All under 10 minutes.

2/13/24: Hi, I had an issue with products not syncing up properly in my store and Dave was so patient in helping me out, and fixed it. It took a lot of back and forth email exchanges in real-time while we were troubleshooting it. He was able to give me precise directions and finally fixed it for me, thank goodness for that!! Thank you so much Dave!!
Hi, I'm new to Trendsi. So far, my experience has been great because the staff Allan guided me through the entire process for onboarding, he was very patient, explaining each step along the way, and with screenshots as well. At no point did he show any impatience or anything like that. I just hope I can have everything set up and working properly, within the next one week.

Trendsi es una buena app para cualquier catalogo de ropa en linea, y un buen sistema que te ayudan en cualquier pregunta o queja me asistio "Chette" Asta el momento si funciona bien, pero estaria mejor si ofrecieran envios Internacionales para clientes en diferentes regiones y embalaje o paquete con tu propio LOGO.
