Je suis extrêmement déçu de Trendsi car ils ne livrent qu'aux USA! Je suis au CANADA.
Rien ne l'indiquait lors de la création de ma boutique en ligne avec Shopify.
C'est un sujet à améliorer car ça m'a pris plusieurs semaines pour lancer leur site.

I love this app from the moment that I found it they have everything that I was looking for. They reach out to you very quickly. The process was fast. They respond quickly to questions and concerns. Czar answered my question so quickly I was on my way.

Gretle and Whitney are hands down the sweetest and most helpful with answering all my questions and concerns. So far, this app has been pretty easy and save me a lot of time. I love how their pictures are so clean and good quality. I havent yet test out their products but i can't wait to though! Thanks Tendsi!

Do not use them. They are terrible at processing and shipping. Customer ordered 1 item and it was still processing after 2 weeks. They claimed it didn't pass quality inspection 3 times and that was the reason for the delay. They lie just so you don't ask them to cancel the order. If you want to have to do multiple refunds, use them, If not DO NOT USE THEM.

No tracking number available for more than 4 days. My Clients REQUEST IT and I dont know how to explain that a simple order take too time to create a simple tracking number... you have to UPDATE your system, just create from day 1 a tracking number, create a step by step process that my Client can follow... I am pretty upset

I must say, from the moment I found Trendsi, I knew I was going to really enjoy this service and the level of dedication the support team would provide. I had several questions that I was looking for help on and opened up the Live Chat button on their website. I was instantly connected to an EXCELLENT customer support agent, Angelo! Angelo was excellent in supporting me with the various questions that I had and providing me with many resources and screenshots of examples for the questions that I was asking.
I then had additional questions that I opened a new chat and was again, instantly connected to another fantastic agent, Chette! The level of continued amazing customer service never stopped. Thank you so much for your great help Chette!
