So far, working with Trendsi to sell items on my shopify store has been really great. It's super easy to use, and the options are amazing! I had a delay in one of my customer's orders due to Trendsi's suppliers. Reached out to customer service to inquire about active delay and its impact on current orders. The customer service chat was an amazing experience. Bot prompted questions before I was connected with a customer service representative. Raymart, the representative from Trendsi, was extremely helpful and provided a detailed explanation regarding the location of my customer's package. He also informed me that the domestic tracking number will be available within the next 24-48 hours. I am grateful for the excellent and efficient customer service provided by Trendsi!
