I love this app, it is a GAME CHANGER if you've always wanted to own your own boutique. During setup I used the chat and got connected to Lorie, she was so great! She answered my questions in detail, and quickly. As I followed her instructions she happily answered my follow-on questions and I got all set-up and changed my settings so easily. This App is amazing! For this being my first time dropshipping I didn't know where to start. My agent Mia had helped me a whole lot. Every question I've had she's answered and never leaves me waiting for a response. She answers in a very quick time frame 2-3 minutes max time I've ever waited for a reply. We know how important time is when you have a business. But overall the clothes are amazing and the customer service is great.

I had a delay in one of my customer's orders due to Trendsi's suppliers. Reached out to customer service to inquire about active delay and its impact on current orders. The customer service chat was an amazing experience. Bot prompted questions before I was connected with a customer service representative. Raymart, the representative from Trendsi, was extremely helpful and provided a detailed explanation regarding the location of my customer's package. He also informed me that the domestic tracking number will be available within the next 24-48 hours. I am grateful for the excellent and efficient customer service provided by Trendsi!
