We've been working with the Upnova team for close to a year now, and I honestly can't speak highly enough of them. From day one, Tomi, Kevin, Lasse and the rest of the team went above and beyond to get our cart, upsells and offers set up properly, and they've kept refining them with us ever since.
What sets Upnova apart is that they've been a true partner rather than just another app. They've taken the time to understand our business and our customers, and the strategic guidance has been as valuable as the support itself. It never feels like we're just another merchant to them.
If you're looking to lift your AOV and want a team that actually cares about the result, I can't recommend Upnova highly enough.
