REVIEW UPDATE: The arguable message is corrected, as stated in the response to my first comment, and that is why I'm correcting my rating. However, I can't give it 5 stars because the app has some customization shortcomings, and because of that, I can't keep using it.
Besides that, I think that the app will suit many people, especially because it's easy to use and free. ____________________________________________________________________________________________
Both here and on the website, it says that the app is free. There is no indication anywhere that there is any plan that is charged. However, when you install the app, there is the last tab in the dashboard called Pricing Plans. It says this: '' You are on the Free plan.
Upsold orders this month: 0
Your Free plan allows up to 10 upsold orders.
Orders will only be counted if the upsold offers led to an increase in order value.'' So, you spent a lot of working hours setting up your app to put everything to work, and then after the tenth order, you suddenly get a notification that you will have to pay something if you want to continue using the app. Of course, they don't respond to emails. Thanks but, no thanks. I don't fall for such cheap tricks. I hope that Shopify will see this and that they will expel from the platform all these fraudulent ''companies'', of which there are more and more lately. For Upsold Staff and Devs: When you read this review, I advise you not to contact me and do not spam me with emails and messages because I'll really report you to Shopify.

This app is intuitive and easy to set up. The upsell options look great on my site and work well with my theme. The customer service team has been outstanding--answering all my questions and helping with numerous customization requests. There are some limitations to the number of options that are possible, but overall, I feel very lucky to have this level of service in a free app. It helped generate additional sales for us almost right away!
