Vajro ‑ Mobile App Builder

We're pleased with the customized Vajro App and the support we received from Sonika during set-up. The app launch was met with a positive response from our customers and the sales response has exceeded our expectations. We experienced a couple of minor "glitches" during customization but Sonika immediately responded to our questions and quickly got the issues resolved. We highly recommend the Vajro platform and the development and support staff behind it. We're excited to shortly begin the launch of our second Vajro App in conjunction with another retail apparel store which we operate.

Super easy to get started and set up! I have used before and moved away for a few extra features but came back because they've added what I needed and the way it stays synced with Shopify is a really big deal for us!

I haven't started to use it yet. Just signed up and the customer service to get started is amazing. After I start, I can give a better review of it.

The Vajro team makes it very easy to get your app up and running in a matter of days! I made the switch from CommentSold and they made it super easy. Great customer service, they have 24/7 chat support and the app is fully customizable to your liking.

I love my app, it has made shopping for my customers so much easier and sales have increased since adding the app. What I love most is how easy it is to customize and add my branding to the app templates. The Vajro team is SUPER responsive and easy to work with! Anytime I have had a question or request they take care of things super fast and answer all my questions. I highly recommend them to take care of you and your needs! PS the push notifications I have been using it so much better than my text messaging I was using previously!

Started with Vajro with great level of expectations and it did start well. But, beware of trouble if your store has SKU variants. Hard to believe, but it did happen to our store. We have a product which has 10 variants. Vajro shows 100 variants (that is 10 times the number of actual variants) to customer. Unable to believe that this basic cataloging configuration is not being displayed properly in mobile apps. Clearly a glitch and the team is hell bent in not understanding it even after sharing proof. Stay away if you have SKU variants. App is good if you do not need to display and give options to customers with variants such as color, size options

Excellent experience with this app from Ranjan! This app is very easy to set when it's done via zoom and step by step instructions. I wish all apps were like this app!
