I have been using CommentSold for live selling and as an app for years. Since CommentSold and Shopify are breaking up, I spent a lot of time researching alternatives. So far the set up process for the app has been very easy. I had customer support reach out right away to help and begins setting everything up. Kirthiga did a walk through with me and was also great to explain my options. Once the app goes live we have am additional onboarding call to begin the live selling process and set up. It truly is nice to have great customer service!
