This allows users to find the right product directly from the shop without having to open a product and select the product variant from the drop-down. Variator app lets merchants enable an “Add to cart” button with product variants on the shop page so customers can directly add variants to their cart and checkout. App has been very buggy, even after setting the rule correctly, some products in the collection show variants, while some products don't. Been in contact with customer service for mutiple times, slow response and slow to fix the issue.
Also, you are unable to show the "sold out" label in the variant of the product that is out of stock. This is misleading as the variant will still show as available in the collection page, which makes for poor customer experience. I have highlighted this issue to the developer for many times, but there is no action to fix this key feature.
Lastly, there has been a price hike to add new features like "show only colour variants" which was intially part of the ultimate plan. Now you have to pay more than 2 times to get the platinum plan for a simple feature.
Great app for showcasing product variants visually! Super easy to set up and helps customers see all color and style options without extra clicks. Highly recommend for improving the shopping experience.
I've been using this app for a while, and it works perfectly! It allows me to display product variants as individual items, making it much easier for customers to browse my store. The setup was straightforward, and the app integrates seamlessly with my Shopify theme.
