Address validation at checkout: block PO Boxes, APO/FPO and parcel lockers, require unit numbers.

Stop orders going to addresses you can't deliver to. Block PO Boxes, private mailboxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and parcel lockers, require an apartment or unit number for chosen postal codes, require a phone number, allow or block countries, states and postal codes, limit address length for carrier labels, and refuse non-Latin characters. Checkout shows a message and won't continue until the address is fixed. The checks are rules you set; addresses are not looked up with a postal service.
