I use this app to help the customer get comfortable with the clothing they are about to buy. It really helps eliminate seconds guesses if they can talk to us via video. Video also shows that we are real people here to help which gives our brand a face and friendliness. Quite a simple app to install and start using. On our end, it's easy to find products and style numbers to make suggestions for the users. You can customize the call to action messages based on which URL the user is looking at. Quite nice. We have made more money thanks to the app and easily pays for itself. I highly recommend Vclerk.
Super function for us in order to reach out to our customers face2face as we are kind of a niche-store that puts personal service and product-information as top priority.
