This is definitely one of the must-have apps! It lets you bulk edit all products and I mean literally ALL at once. It have saved me huge amounts of time editing my products all at once. And on top of that its absolutely FREE, no hidden subscription payments, just sign up and connect your shopify/etsy store and start to use it! The UX is very user friendly and easy to get hang of it and customer support is always responsive within few minutes! I have literally not a single bad thing to say about this app, because it is perfection!
I absolutely LOVED this app until they suddenly started charging for it! We have used it for several months and never once were asked to "upgrade" until today! We are currently looking for something comparable as I just don't think it's worth paying monthly PER SHOP, we run 4 shops with Vela!
Game changer! Transferring Etsy listings to new Shopify site is a breeze. Had a couple issues early on. Come to learn it was user error on my part. Video tutorials were most helpful. Looking forward to what upgrades come next!
Absolutely amazing App! I've been using Vela with my Etsy shops for almost 3 years and now opening up a new Shopify store, this has saved me hundreds of hours of valuable time. There is a slight learning curve, but if skim through the help files, it's very intuitive. I also had a small problem with some of my listings and within 1 hour it was fixed perfectly. They even went on a zoom call to hear my issue. VERY IMPRESSED! And for the price, $10 is nothing to update hundreds of products with a click of the button.

I'm new to Shopify and Etsy so having Vela to help me in connecting both shops has been a huge help! The ease of use, well-thought-out functionality, easy to follow instructional videos for all areas of use, make it a pleasure to use. Being able to set up variation profiles, tag profiles and other things you can't do in Etsy and Shopify is terrific! You get to try it out with full functionality for a full week before committing to the very reasonable monthly fee and the best part is whenever I've had a question I send a message to support and within minutes I've gotten a response. Even on Christmas Day when I stated in my message that I certainly did not expect to hear from anyone, Justin wrote back with help as he was heading to his Christmas dinner! Now that's what I call awesome customer support!! I wish there were more than 5 stars so I could give them to Vela!

This is one of the greatest apps I have ever used. I have been with Vela for almost 2 years, and have stuck by the amazing company ever since. They truly are trying to change the way efficiency is done, and the simplicity of it is great! From the smallest businesses, to big ones, you can change descriptions, titles, images, prices, literally everything is available to edit but at scale. As soon as you publish the updates, within a couple minutes (depending on the amount of edits) the edits are live before anyone even notices!

This app has been a game changer for me! I am not one to use apps like this for my business generally but I stumbled upon this and have been using it to help create/update/change my listings on ETSY for the last two years. It has saved me enormous amounts of time and is very user friendly. Adding my current listings on ETSY to SHOPIFY now and this app has made it so easy. Can't say enough good things about it. Highly recommend!!
I've done a lot of research and looked at numberable Etsy to Shopify bulk editing and transfer software. To date, I haven't found a better made program than GetVela so much so that I've actually been a member now for 2 years. Also check out the Video library, that area is loaded with information on how to opperate Vela. On the rare occasion I needed help, Justin, the owner of GetVela always provided top notch customer service. My best advice "give it a try and compare against any other program as I seriously doubt you'll find any better. I just can't wait till Vela is functional with other platforms like Amazon and eBay which I hear won't be long from now.

the support is horrible. I had two shops, and Vela was install in one of it, which i can't connect, and login. if I were the customer service, it would rather just don't check all the parameters, and figure out the problem for me. instead, Justin used CAP to TELL me not to do certain things, and told me in a demeaning way that's just waste of his time to help me. what a idiot. if you are so cocky, go work for google or microsoft.
By far the BEST tool! the value you get is nothing compared to the price of this software. The UI is very user-friendly, and customer service is 10/10 Very fast and very knowledgeable. Vela makes your life as an e-commerce seller so much easier so you can focus on the important parts of the business.
Very happy with this App, its made bulk admin of my stores so much easier! Well worth the monthly subscription.

Took two lots of money for my stores but I only upgraded one. Wouldn't even work the next day. Took loads of products off my etsy and shopify. Awful and rude customer service. Avoid! There is better out there
Unfortunately, this review is entirely false and misleading. To clarify, the user received a free one-week trial for both shops connected to Vela. Afterward, they upgraded both shops to Vela Plus and were charged $10 each, as expected and clearly stated. They then canceled both shops, requested refunds, and yet expected to retain access. While there was no legitimate reason for a refund, we still issued a full refund for both shops. Despite this, the user chose to post a negative review.

This is the first time I write a bad customer service review. They are, specifically Justin, so bad to the point all of the good things from this app combined cannot make up for the ignorance and assumption they put me through. As a owner, I carefully went through each and every tutorial clips they have. TWO MESSAGES in the conversation and Justin already assumed I had not watched any video. He forced down on the conversation twice, and up until my confirmation and screenshot that I watched the video he asked for a screen recording. Be aware, this app doesn't work on text or message!!! Only via calls or screen recordings at your convenience (or theirs?). He claimed that because he had 'customers from over 72 countries', therefore it's best for you to: 1) watch the clips, and 2) make a screen shared call with him to avoid 'back and forth between chat/email' quote-on-quote. Well you know, no one gives a care how many customers the app is troubleshooting at the moment. It is part of your JD and get used to it, or ask for a raise maybe? Like Klaviyo, they queue the customers so everyone has their numbers and wait to get a full attention rep who is willing to help you, listen or text. Clearly, they just do this as a chore and don't appreciate the customers (with 21 and still counting one-star reviews with no response). If you feel like working with someone who cares, STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.
A real time saver. I have been using Vela for 6 months and love all the features. Especially, the copy option. I have 3 stores (2 Etsy & 1 Shopify). Additionally, I have used the option to bulk change pricing and sections (categories). Another time saver. Without reservation, I highly using this app (oh! the plans are very inexpensive)... Followup on April 22, 2022 I had to replace my ID & PW connected to my Vela Account. I had a Zoom conversation with Customer Support. Once again it was Super. I got lucky and spoke to the CoFounder. He couldn't have been any more helpful. It was a few clicks and I was back working on my Shopify and Etsy Stores. This experience was by far the best Customer Support I have ever received when calling a major tech company. If you are thinking about jumping into the GetVela app, I say do it. You will be very happy you did.

Vela is nothing short of phenomenal. They've been acing it since I began using their website version 5 years ago and their Shopify App is just one more new great thing. If you're looking for what may well be the cleanest, most efficient and (most importantly!) functional cross-sales-platform editing app, then Vela is going to be your best friend. Keep going with the amazing work guys!

I used this app when it was free and loved it. I was hesitant when it went paid but i'm here to tell you ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY! Justin and his team are responsive (as they've always been) but they're always improving the app, they actually listen to feedback and implement changes as necessary. they're quick to fix any glitches. they've made this already great app, even better! and i hear they have more feature releases coming- sooo excited!
This is a great time saver. I think they need to invest in a little more support for better customer service, but while I'm building my shop, it's been a life saver!
I love this app. It responds well for editing products in Bulk. I've used it a few times, even unpacked... and I always come back to it. It fits my needs very well and when you understand how it works, it's well thought out!

This app saves me so much time to change variants, photos, prices etc on all my products at the same time. We sell sustainable greetings cards and have about 500 cards on the site... I just added a new variant to all of them in less than 5 minutes. That would have taken me hours without this app! Great value for the small investment.
I used this app for quite some time and was happy. . . Now that they have a lot of users, they change an App from a freebie to a paid App. . . We've added the App for the freebie reason. I've just removed the App and will look for something better.
Before the paid app started, I have already been using it for awhile. this app is really amazing and help me save a lot of time. the most amazing part is the customer service is really on ball, if you have any problem that you would like to raise up, they are definitely reach you as fast as possible to solve your issue. They are really helpful people!
I tried Vela to help me manage my listings on Shopify and Etsy. It has an easy to use GUI and it performs perfectly. I have tried many sync / integration softwares and this is by far the easiest to use, the best looking, and it does what it sets out and promises to do. I can't recommend it enough. I would also point out that at $5 a shop or $10 for the plus program that is a steal. Saving even a few minutes in ecommerce is worth hundreds of dollars. You get what you pay for in life and this is a bargain. As they add more features I am sure the price will increase and I feel it will be well worth it.

Wonderful app. Helps to save huge amount of time and headaches and since its free I can use it! Would not be able to afford anything that's paid. Features are great and I still have not used all of them but Vela is a true saver so far for me! Well done guys, well done ! :)
The best app ever! Works like a charm and saved us plenty of hours of tedious labour. Easy to use and nicely coded, bug free. Excellent. Everyone with a Shopify store needs this app at some point. I wish they add a feature where you can duplicate and transfer stock between more than one Shopify store/or duplicate your store.
This app is amazing! so easy to use to do mass updates and now this new copy feature is awesome to copy from etsy to shopify or vice versa. So easy to create product groups for quick updates and profiles make adjusting hundreds of items at once a breeze! Service is great I couldn't ask for anything more!
This software far exceeded my expectations! After paying for other bulk editors and not getting the results I wanted; I was extremely discouraged. I wish I would've discovered Vela months ago because until now, I didn't think it was possible to bulk edit variants and photos as quickly as I was able to without being forced into over-priced subscriptions. It was far more efficient and user friendly than the overpriced ones. Although the service is free; this is a product worth paying for. I rarely leave reviews but this product deserves recognition. Very well done. Perfect app.

This app has made my life so much easier by providing bulk editing options that cannot be done on shopify. And it is free. But the only shortage I have find so far is that every time I edit the descriptions, the text format is never perfectly synced with shopify. There's always problems with fonts, space between the lines. 80% of time I have to re-edit one by one on shopify again... Please let me know if anyone has a solution. Thanks!

I have used Vela for my etsy shop and now to combine it with Shopify is awesome. Makes everything so much easier to bulk edit. The support team is top notch, answers all questions and has plenty of patience. Highly recommend.
LOVE this app! Just discovered it today and it's already saved us so much time in being able to easily merge and update our Etsy and Shopify listings quickly and easily. Very user-friendly! Definitely recommend!
Fantastic help from Vela support to combine my 2 shops under one login. I have used Vela for several years with my Etsy shop, and it saves hours. It's great that it's now enabled for Shopify as well, and I'm actually looking forward to some admin.
App sloopt zowel op Etsy als op Shopify de hele layout van mijn teksten. In Shopify verwijderd het alle afbeeldingen met links als ik slechts twee woorden aanpas in de omschrijving van een product via Vela. Ik had tijdens mijn sessies over Etsy contact met hun technische afdeling gehad omdat het daar ook helemaal mis ging maar dit heeft niks geholpen. Nu ik zie dat het binnen Shopify nog veel meer schade aanricht ben ik er helemaal klaar mee.
Fantastic! I'm a new Shopify store owner and working to get my first catalog setup. After doing a bunch of products imports from dropshippers and POD vendors my first go at trying to make the default Shopify bulk edit feature work well made me want to go hide in a closet somewhere. But I found Vela and tested it out...and am now an avid user after only a few days. I picked up on how to use it in like 10 minutes. So, it's super easy to learn. And its features and capabilities has saved me days of work and pain. I 1000% recommend this FREE app to anyone needing to make bulk edits - or really any edits - to their Shopify product data!!

Amazing app! It allows me to bulk edit quite easily. I love the variation profiles. I can update pricing for everything by editing one profile and applying. It's much faster and simpler than trying to work with the CSV from Shopify. And best of all - it's free! Free means so much to small businesses. It also can sync your etsy shop if you run one. Oh also - they have super fast and intelligent customer service!
THE BEST EDITING APP EVER!!! It does everything but shipping and they say that feature is coming. MY ENTIRE STORE FILES got erased because of a CSV file import and someone told me about this app complete and total lifesaver. It takes minutes to make changes very user friendly also. THE BEST! SERIOUSLY!
