This eliminates the need to download data, process a spreadsheet, and load inventories into your store. Our powerful automation system can solve inventory issues with just a few simple steps. VendorSync is powered by Bit Automations, a Chicago based company that specializes in data automation for small businesses.

Just create your vendor profile, specify your automation preferences, then watch as your inventory levels stay up to date. Whether your data comes from a data export (such as a CSV file), an API, or any other format, it can be brought into our system and pushed into your store automatically, saving you time. Our system interacts directly with your vendors to obtain the data; this eliminates all manual work involved in keeping your store’s inventory levels up to date.

Steps

  1. After the app is installed, create your vendor profiles and provide any access information needed to get to the vendor's data.
  2. Specify your automation preferences, including which products you want to be updated and what time you want the updates to occur.

    Terrible. Can't even get the app installed. First an install error and was asked to uninstall and reinstall. "Error with App Installation! App Installation not successful. Please uninstall and re-install the app to allow proper communication between our servers and Shopify servers."
    Same on the second try. On the third i just kept getting: Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.
    4th and 5th time trying to reinstall same crap... Dont bother

    We love this app! It has been such a lifesaver for our store. We have several vendors to keep track of and we were spending way too much time checking stock. Ryan and Jared are so helpful and have great communication. I had a little trouble initially getting it set up, but they contacted me right away and helped. It turned out to be a minor startup issue and is now working great and we never worry about stock for our big suppliers anymore! Well worth the money.
