Chargebacks used to be a headache, but this app makes it much easier. It connects with Shopify smoothly and I like that it handles the responses automatically. It’s been working well so far.

Even though it is still in development and many things will be launched the dashboard is great very easy to navigate and support is top Level!
I installed Verdivo a couple of weeks ago and it’s already saved me time on chargebacks. Setup was quick, and it pulled in the data I needed without me doing anything manually. Haven’t had to stress about disputes since using it
The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, which makes keeping track of disputes easy to find. The chargeback responses they prepare are thorough and well-organized, and it’s clear they know what they’re doing. Everything is managed on their side, so we don’t have to worry about the process or timelines. It’s been a reliable tool for staying on top of chargebacksand winning more so far.
