i was nott getting sales until the proof bare sale app, i think the convincing is strong with the pop up and i nhighly recomend!! thank you bear app
Great popup, works exactly as it says and is easy to use with loads of customization options. I've made lots of extra sales with Proof Bear !
I love the way this looks & how simple it is to use, but it's not compatible with draft orders which was not promoted.
I changed the text to "Someone from {{city}} ordered" & "Someone from {{country}} ordered" & the formatting worked great for everything...
but drafts.
With drafts it continued to show publicly "{{customer.first_name}} purchased
I talked to support and their recommendations were to:
1 - Delete the orders from Admin
2 - They would tell their team but no timeframe
3 - Use a different app.
Support was friendly, but for anyone who uses draft orders & doesn't want customer's names showing I would avoid.
quick response and very good help
sometime its not show product image in popup otherwise i like it plz guide for this issue
