We've had a GREAT experience using Visuall! I had never worked with A/B testing before, but the interface is intuitive and easy to learn. Setting up experiments has been straightforward, and the support team has been quick to respond and very helpful whenever we've had questions. :)
One of the most rewarding parts is seeing the results come in and discovering that a new variant actually performs better than the original. Being able to make data-driven decisions with confidence has been incredibly valuable!!

We've been using Visually for the last couple of months, and we've been able to get AB tests up and running really quickly. I can code HTML and CSS, but I normally rely on a developer for JavaScript. With Visually, I don't need a developer to support me. I use a combination of the AI and coding but even if you don't know how to code, you can still get many tests up and running with an idea or by using their templates. Their support team is fast and amazing. I highly recommend trying it out.

Very annoyed by this app. Have uninstalled but the code remains slowing my homepage down immediately. No 'support centre' to contact, no response from my emails to company.

I've only been using Visually for a week or so during a trial, but the experience has been really positive so far. The platform is intuitive, the visual editor is fast, and the segmentation and targeting options are thoughtfully built.
The team has been just as strong as the product. Friendly, responsive on Slack, consultative rather than salesy, and patient with the questions you'd expect early on. If you're evaluating native Shopify CRO tools, Visually is well worth a serious look.

I have been using Visually for over a year in a high volume environment. The new generative AI coding options are actually quite slick, and have been able to generate tests much more quickly with less need for engineering to get involved.
