Awesome App - great to use - great support with fast response time. Also Pricing is very reasonable in comparison to all other apps on store.
not good. generate a lots of same images. and generate not clear images. I have to recover them manually now.
how it is possible ?? all images have unique id and we push images based on ids so next to impossible. can u plz show us where we generated duplicate images. we will be thankful
Great app. Does exactly what I needed, which was to optimise my image titles. Good pricing options too. My only constructive feedback would be that it would be good to have the ability to optimise image titles only, without having to run all the other optimisations.

I had very big problem with site speed and I got recomendation to optimized all picture in my store. I found this super amazing app and I tried to use it. App is realy great and shows you how much you save on picture. I contact app support and them support is soo kind and polite. Them operator James helped me a lot! He gave me 500MB welcome gift and he stayed with me though all proces. I am soo satisfied with this app. I must admit, I didnt expect to much kidness, but I got more than to much. them app saved me 231MB and speed up site! I tried to optimized pictures manually and James gave me automaticaly options. App automaticaly optimized 2500 pictures and save my store and site speed. I strongly recomended this amazing app and this amazing support ! They are amazig and awersome.
In first few minutes you will see nothing happens, but app need time. Give app few more time and app will do everyting for you !

We are currently testing out the free version of the plan (manual resize). However, we are looking to upgraded to get everything automatic since we are a big store.
One of the suggestions for now is to allow search for product name in addition to the file name. - Support mentioned that they will look into implementing that option soon.
very bad !! I take the pro plan, I keep the recommended settings and the next morning, I realize that the application to process 3800 photos !!
Except that at least 1 out of 5 photos is defective ... so I send a message to find out if we can restore everything and reimburse me ... without any response !!
In the end, I had to manually restore each photos ....... Thank you

hi, got your feedback. we have some issue in support due to corona. our support guy cant come office and he is having issue working from home. apart from that 4 works 1 does not work. it seems very unlikely because if one app works for 1 image, it will work for all others as well. apart from u we have several others happy customers. u r first to report this so we contacted shopify. we thought that we might be getting our limit exhausted and some images are not being sent to your store and you are getting blank image but shopify clarified that there is no such things. so we are extremely confused. about your refund, we contact through support channel in app dashboard and ask for refund we happily refund to anyone. we used to provide 24x7 but due to corona, some issues are happening and we apologize for that. your money is always in safe hand. if you will request refund even after 1 year we will refund. so dont worry
I'm updating my review again. Developer was really kind and explained me and help me all the way through to get what I was looking for. He also gave me non related advice which is always appreciated. I'm always thankful with good costumer support and this was excellent. The app does optimize the images nicely and have a file renaming option as well as alt text, so it is pretty great. Would recommend.
Seems to be doing what it was designed for. It's a little early to give it 5 stars. But right now, giving it 4 stars for ease of use. We'll reassess how good the results are later on.
I only wanted to test the file rename feature but the app wants me to compress the images first, which I do not want. Like others have said, the app is deceiving. It's not free, it has a free plan. The upper plan limits compression per month to 5GB. Probably my store is a lot larger than that. Uninstalling without testing the functionality
