Great product. I have seen it evolve and it keeps getting better. Great customer support as well !
We had previously used Interakt, but this has been a much better experience overall. The platform feels more reliable, the support is far more responsive, and the AI features - especially intent detection, work much more effectively. The AI calling feature has also been a great addition for improving customer follow-ups.
