Started using Hello24 for our WhatsApp automation. From abandoned carts to order updates, the setup was smooth and the interface is incredibly simple. It's made a huge impact on our store!
Switched to Hello24 primarily for their "auto-segment" feature which helps us segment customers based on user attributes in Shopify and send targeted WhatsApp broadcasts. Chatbot feature is good. The team promptly supported setting up when asked for help. One of the few apps that helps to list your Shopify catalogue on WhatsApp and sell your customers!. Recommended.

The refund was automatically processed as per Shopify guidelines. Refunds are processed by Shopify. It takes a few working days to process it. We also shared the refund confirmation with the store owner once the refund was processed (within 7 working days)
It is unfortunate that the store owner has left a negative review before the refund process could be completed.
Good app to list and market the product catalog. I found it easy to segment customers based on purchase behavior and send personalized retargeting messages on WhatsApp! Also, the support team was very helpful in the initial onboarding and setup!
Tried out Hello24 mainly for its WhatsApp shop features and we are happy with the plugin. the tool is able to put our entire store on WhatsApp and enable automatic order placement on WhatsApp.
Most of our customers prefer to chat with to us before placing an order and this tool has a very nice UI to support our customer service team.
Another useful thing about the tool is the WhatsApp broadcast!! I got far better returns compared to email and SMS marketing.
