WhiteWall is my preferred Lab to work with. While the App is a welcomed addition to Shopify, it also feels too limited and clunky, at times. Collectors who visit my website should be able to customize frame type and color, mat color and thickness, etc. without me having to create a separate Configuration for every variant combination. In short, Visitors don't have full access to WhiteWall products. Plus, there are times when I lose access to my Photography within the App or the App abruptly alters my Print Pricing. Overall, I would like the App to be more reliable and much less restrictive.

The best photo lab in the world! The App is easy to use. Would be great if it could emulate the Whitewall web space but probably something to do with the way Shopify handles products.
very disappointed in the app and support. I don't doubt Whitewall's print quality but after using the app I have had to uninstall it and use another print on demand provider. it let me setup fine art prints but with photo prints and canvas it kept giving me errors. Despite their website not including these on the PoD exclusions website page, they eventually, after a couple of weeks, said 'it is possible that the product you are looking for is not among those we support for Shopify'
Mmmm, so a lot of wasted time!
