Wholesale Bear ‑ Bulk Discount

There should be a page where wholesalers can create and enter their own account information and upload their resale certificate making them sales tax exempt without time and effort from the Shopify store owner for each new customer. It would increase the number of wholesalers signing up not to have back and forth emails - this process is not streamlined on this app and should be effortless.

The system has served us for a long time with efficiency and ease.

But then we started to look into details and we found that the system doesn't use our prices, but changes the prices on a non consistent way.

Worked with their support team for 4 days and finally had to give up on them. No pro active communication, no plan of solving it, just the usual support answer saying we are working on it. Never got to talk to the people working on it but left with a front-end supporter with standard answers.

Now we are left behind with cleaning up several months of orders with errors and no solution. Even during their testing they left behind several orders that we ourselves had to remove and cancel.

I had an issue arise when I was trying to exclude some items. Maria was very diligent and turn the issue over to the tech department and the issue was resolved. She kept me informed of the progress until it was solved.

This was really easy to set-up, I can't wait until we can customize more (like being able to add notes on the wholesale main page for the customers to see and being able to set multiple line item minimums for example my minimum is 24 items/12 per product but they can mix and match so I wish it could be like 12 for scrubs and 12 for teas but currently it is set to have only one minimum per line which means a wholesale customer could check out only buying 12 disregarding my wholesale policy if this makes sense.

Wholesale Bear is a fantastic app that has provided us with a cost-effective way to provide bulk discounts for retailers wanting to carry our product. It's easy to use and allows you to customize virtually every aspect. Thanks to Wholesale Bear, we've been able to significantly boost our sales.

This app solves all the problems we had with shopify and also eliminated a lot of work going around the lack of wholesale in Shopify. Cant wait for it to work with the currency tool. When that will be made I will pop the champagne for sure. Almost forgot to praise customer service for being truly competent and helpful.

Amazing app! Found the right app for the job!! Gave this app a shot while testing out several different B2B wholesale options. Wholesale Bear nailed it! Had a few stumbles at the beginning (user error) but Jonathon in support responded lightning quick and got me going. This app is absolutely amazing! I was looking for a free plugin that would allow me to modify product variant pricing per customer tag and this plugin does it so seamlessly. No need to install ANY code in your store, works via a wholesale widget that displays different pricing to different customers. Jonathan from their support team was incredibly helpful and all my questions were answered within minutes. FIVE STARTS!
