I downloaded this app so that I could set up wholesale pricing for an online retailer to sell my product. I was having trouble getting the pricing to show up on my site when I was testing it. I used the chat to get help and they were responsive and great. The problem was that I was using a theme that the app wasn't compatible with so they re-customized the app codes to make it compatible.
