Very helpful App and easy to use. Great customer service support team and had a wonderful experience with them. Easy to understand our issues and put all their efforts to resolve as soon as possible.100% Recommended to everyone who wants to sell easily on the WISH and CATCH marketplace without any hassle.
Very painful to use, not intuitive, and time consuming. Support is very slow to come back, and unhelpful when they do (don't give relevant answers or tell you to contact Wish directly). Unfortunately there is a lack of Shopify integration options for Wish marketplace so I'll have to soldier on.
It does work! But it is hard to manage and filter my products within the app. It shows 12,000 products, most of which are archived items we don't sell anymore, and many of the others are items I do not intend to upload to Wish – but when I do a new import from Shopify, THERE IS NO WAY TO FIND JUST THE NEW ITEMS THAT JUST IMPORTED. You cannot sort by date added.
How to fix:
- Add an option to hide or remove Archived items from the app
- LET US SORT BY DATE ADDED, just as we can in Shopify itself. I need to see my most recent products at the top.
