I upgraded my Shopify plan just to use the LTL freight option for customers placing an order for things that can't ship ground.
I have used the World Wide Express website (AKA SpeedShip) for the last 10 years, so I thought I would try their Shopify App. The app never worked correctly and the help I received from the app developer was only via email with copy and paste instructions. Never did receive a phone call to offer assistance, even though we emailed back and forth for over 2 weeks. I was told the app is still being tested, it was always timing out. When I pointed out the shipping rates were not loading correctly on the website, and they had to do more testing, it wiped out all of previous settings I had already input, thus starting all over again. I have since canceled and deleted the app.

Hi Dolphin Tanker. I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the app. I reviewed your case history, and your complaints are unfair. The app, which is not published or owned by Worldwide Express, is dependent on Worldwide Express's API to provide timely responses. For some reason, your account with Worldwide Express is not returning responses in a timely fashion. This is not the fault of the app, but an account issue that your company has/had with Worldwide Express. Your complaint needs to be directed to Worldwide Express. We informed Worldwide Express about the issues with your account, informed you that we had, and they were slow to respond. When you asked for recommendations for alternatives, they were provided. At no time were you informed that the app "is still being tested." It is a mature product that works seamlessly for hundreds of merchants. At no time did you request a phone call, and in every communication you had with Eniture Technology, our phone number and the agent's direct extension were featured in the signature block. Our phone number (404-369-0680) is also prominently featured on our website, and when you installed the app, you received an email informing you how to contact support, including how to do so by phone. If you wanted to have a phone conversation, there were ample opportunities for you to request one or initiate one.

I've had my issues with the app, but Zach from Eniture Technology provided me with excellent customer support. Walking me through what I needed help with and making sure I got what I needed. Much appreciated.

Their customer service team was very responsive to my customer support requests and were prompt with their responses! Our company has been using this tool for about 2 years now and we are super impressed with it's seamless integration making out business a stand-out when it comes to the consumer buying process.

Our Company Ships both large and small products! WWE has made this super simple and very accurate! We are able to mark up our shipping with easy and add drop shipping area's! I highly recommend this! We make back the money we spend and more monthly because of this!

We are in the process of moving our site from another platform to the Shopify platform. The main reason for transferring over to Shopify, is the availability of the Eniture Technology Apps which make it possible for the customer to get an accurate live shipping quote at checkout, especially for the products that ship via LTL carriers. Our experience with the assistance of Eniture Technology's personal has been very good

I use the Worldwide Express LTL and Small Package app for Shopify and they're both great. The best thing is their SUPPORT! Paul picks up the phone and answers my questions immediately! So helpful.
